This virtual Climate Change Technology Transfer Center (vCTTC) has been set up in the frame of the EU-funded project CELA – Network of Climate Change Technology Transfer Centres in Europe and Latin America.
HAW Hamburg’s vCTTC represents a virtual climate change technology hub which will provide a unique knowledge repository and link worldwide climate change technology know-how. It will actively foster the transnational networking of the CELA partnership which comprises universities in Latin America and Europe, and reaches out to stakeholders from science, business, government as well as civil society to foster the transfer of climate change technology between Latin America and Europe.
To contribute to sustainable capacity-building, the vCTTC strives to provide learning and knowledge exchange opportunities for especially young academics in the CELA partner countries and beyond by focusing on linking knowledge demand and learning/working opportunities. The following visualization provides a first glimpse about the scope of services which we are going to provide in the near future.
